Approximately 1,000 customers in Butler County were still without power on Monday, as utility crews continued work to repair the damage from Thursday's winter snowstorm. Tap the video above to watch our latest report.Many are serviced by Central Electric Cooperative and it was announced on their website that more than 16,000 customers were initially without power in their service area, which includes Butler County."We have no running water because we have well and electric pump, and we have no heat because our furnace is a fuel-oil furnace and the pump has to run off electricity," said Don Somerfield, of Cherry Township. The shelter closed Sunday afternoon.
